I’ve seen Derren Brown three times. The second time (which was around 15 years ago now) I was on stage as the subject of the climactic mind-reading illusion at the end of the show. I saw through the key mechanism of how the illusion worked, and knew exactly how he knew these personal details, but I went along with it.
